1. Start the case check
Answer the short SS06/SS07 and device questions. You do not need to share a password or login code.
2. Review the matched route
The site shows the support route associated with the answers you entered and the available guide or support options.
3. Choose a service
Choose the guide or one-to-one support option shown on the site. Pricing is displayed before payment.
4. Pay through Stripe
Payment is handled through the Stripe checkout flow. Private support continues through the site and WhatsApp coordination.
